The Series F Muncher is a heavy duty grinder, ideal for bulk reduction, material reclamation and profit from waste. The operating principle is based on independent drive shafts offering greater torque and variable particle size is determined by the cutter/spacer arrangement. The unit can be supplied with a feed hopper or delivery chute to assist material entry and discharge.

- 600mm throat with single drive (11kW)
- 1000mm throat with double drive (11kW and 7.5kW)
Bulk Reduction: Waste can be efficiently reduced by the Series F Muncher, to a small particle size, with volume reductions of up to 70%, lowering handling and transport costs. Units have also been installed for macerating organic waste, animal offal and related by-products to help comply with legislation.
Profit from Waste: The Series F Muncher has been used to reduce the particle size of organic waste, for improved processes at Bio Gas plants. By introducing organic waste to digesters, gas production is increased. Gas yield for combined heat and power is also increased and the need for costly disposal is eliminated.
Material Reclamation: Items such as printed circuit boards can be passed through the Muncher, allowing shredded fragments to be easily processed for precious metal reclamation. The Muncher can also be used in recycling fish waste to liquified protein source and recycling agricultural, forestry and municipal garden waste for compost or organic fertilizers.
